Western Midstream Partners, L.P. (WES) sanctioned a 250 MMSCFD cryogenic processing plant in Loving county, Texas that is expected to come online by Q4 2024. Coupled with the expansion of the Mentone gas plant by 300 MMSCFD (expected online by the end of this year), WES’s processing capacity in the Delaware Basin would increase from current 1.5 BCFD to more than 2.1 BCFD by end 2024. WES also has 50% ownership interest in the Mi Vida gas plant with a processing capacity of 200 MMSCFD. The other 50% is owned by Energy Transfer Partners.
